Jefferson County Courthouse

SB&A was selected to prepare a master plan for the rehabilitation of a uniquely wonderful historic building and companion perimeter stonewall, both built in the 1890’s. The master plan included supporting site and grounds surveys and analysis. Landscape construction will be completed after the belltower is seismically stabilized in the latter part of 2006.
