Logan Park

SB&A Principals, working with the neighbors and the Snohomish County staff, prepared the Master Plan and construction documents for this 5-acre park. The facility was in disrepair and used only for little league baseball, although the field was substandard. Issues addressed in the Master Plan included pedestrian safety along adjacent streets, additional recreation activities, buffering around the perimeter, and hiking opportunities.
