Pilchuck Master Plan

SB&A, Landscape Architects was selected to prepare a Master Plan for Pilchuck River Community Park. The process included the formation of a Citizen Advisory Committee, regularly scheduled meetings to consider findings and alternative development strategies, and public meetings to gain feedback from the larger community. The final master plan includes program elements such as an internal trail system, picnic shelters, community gathering area, play area, amphitheater, soccer/football Field, baseball fields, wetland, upland berm/backshore, a view point, river access, parking, restrooms, storage facility and concession stand, detention pond, wetland, roadways, fencing and security.
