Landscape Rehabilitation Project

King County Library System (KCLS) selected SB&A for the King County Library Site, Landscape and Irrigation Rehabilitation Project. Improvements are being made to the following KCLS libraries: Burien, Kent Regional, Boulevard Park, Federal Way 320, Federal Way Regional, Shoreline, Bothell, Newport Way, Sammamish, and Bellevue. The libraries were examined in a prioritized order, recognizing pressing safety and cost/budgeting issues for each facility. Project services were directed towards the inventory and analysis of the site and landscape related safety and maintenance issues. Improvement and maintenance plans and guidelines were later developed to respond to these issues.
