SB&A staff revised the master plan and prepared construction documents for trail development around Union Oil Marsh on the Edmonds waterfront. The intent of the plan and subsequent design was to provide public access and viewing platforms without disturbing the wildlife and surrounding habitat. Interpretive boards were located along the trail to illustrate and inform the public of the varying scenes and seasonal changes of the marsh. Services included coordination with several agencies, including the Port of Edmonds Department of Public Works. Construction documents included plans and detail for trails, boardwalks, bridges, interpretive signage, and wetland mitigation.
